Free "Intro To Crossfit" the first Saturday of every month from 12-1pm.
No previous experience necessary, suitable for every level.
New to CrossFit? You must complete a six part Intro Series taught in small groups prior to taking class.
Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 12 noon. The cost for this is $199.
One on One Intro Sessions are also availaible by appointment.
Previous CrossFit experience? We offer a test for you to demonstrate proficiency in the movements and bypass the Intro Training Sessions. The cost for this is $75.
■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
