Freddy from Crossfit One World did a great post on how to avoid torn hands. The picture he posted is gruesome! I have to say, I'm in agreement with him. Torn hands are an injury. If you take the right action, as with many injuries, torn hands are completely avoidable. Lovely, healthy hands... keep them like that!
This Saturday is our Free Intro to Crossfit Seminar. Come join us at 12 noon, for a 90 minute Seminar. No previous experience necessary, and it is open to anyone who would like to attend.
