Our new Crossfit Elements program starts on Monday the 15th of Feb. This is a fantastic way to build on what you've learned in the intro seminar, and learn the skills and movements in the WODS. If you are newer to Crossfit, join us on Monday nights at 6:30, come refine your skills!
Rest tomorrow, Thursday 2-4-10, or come in and make up a WOD you missed, or work on a skill.
