If you are feeling the need to go off the paleo path, then think about how you can Zone your non-paleo choices. Bottom line, lets keep insulin levels in check for the next 6 week.
If you are feeling the need to get a metabolic burn happening today before the festivities kick off, then get outside and run some intervals. Sprint for 60 seconds, recover, and then kick it back up. Do this for 15 minutes after you have completely warmed up. Finish off with some mobility, and warm back down.
