We have a big day on Saturday! Starting at 12 noon, our monthly Intro to Crossfit seminar is happening. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your friend who has been asking you what is a wod. It's free, open to everyone, and lasts for 90 minutes.

If you are competing in the sectionals, come prepared for a double day. We will post your wod in the morning. You will have 30 minutes to warm up and do mobility. Bring your fuel, manage your recovery, be ready to go at 1:30 for wod 2.
For those who aren't competing, we will be having regular class programming at 11am.
