Oh rest day, you have arrived not a moment too soon. You guys went hard this week, and tomorrow is well deserved. If you aren't resting, then as always come in and make up one you missed, work on a skill or train a weakness.

Fish oil has been hot topic as of late. Tuesday, an environmental group in San Francisco filed a law suit naming 10 tested fish oil supplements, alleging them to contain a toxic industrial compound PCB.
Fish oil which has excellent anti-inflammatory properties, is recommended across the Crossfit board for post workout recovery. Quality is important, and finding a good source can be tricky and expensive. You definitely don't want to be ingesting PCB's, which are know to cause cancer and do damage to the nervous system.
One way to find out if your fish oil is clean is to put it in the freezer. Clean fish oil does not freeze. Barry Sears is known to produce one of the best quality fish oils available, but also one of the most expensive. I buy my fish oil from Mark's Daily Apple.
To read the whole article about the lawsuit, and see who has been named, go here.
This site, International Fish Oil Standards is also a great resource. They are a 3rd party, quality control testing service.

I use NOW Fish Oil (pretty cheap on bodybuilding.com) NOW produces molecularly distilled fish oils that are screened for mercury, metals, and PCB, among other things, which makes for some pollutant free recovery goodness!
