This Saturday the 13th is our Intro to Crossfit Seminar. It's FREE, open to anyone who wants to learn about and get started with Crossfit. Come check it out. We start at 12 noon and it lasts for 90 minutes.
Monday the 15th is our Crossfit Elements class. This a a progressive series that builds upon what you have learned in the Intro Seminar. See you there!
3-11-10: Rest, or come in and make up something you missed, or come in and lift.

Saturday morning, if you are competing in the sectionals, we are doing a double day wod. Bring your nutrition, hydration, and your chutzpah. You won't know the workouts until you arrive that morning. You will be given a set amount of time to get yourself warmed up, and do any mobility necessary, then we will count you in.
We will be doing a second wod about 1:30-ish. This will be your opportunity to manage your recovery, and get fired up for a second workout. If anyone is interested, the Polar Bears are going for a dip in the Bay afterward.
