Yes I know, everyone is gunning for Murph tomorrow... however, we get to be Irish any day we want to, so Murph will have to wait, at least until after the sectionals.
I saw this WOD posted on Crossfit Oakland's site, and thought it sounded pretty awesome. We are very fortunate to have such a high caliber of coaches here in the bay area!!! I personally have learned a ton from Mike Minium, Freddy Camacho, Austin B, and Kelly Starrett just to name a few.
