Saturday is Robb Wolf's seminar. Go here to register. Lake and I are going, so is LaScala and possibly a few others. I did Robb's seminar last year when he was teaching for Crossfit. I'm really excited to learn what was omitted, and see what he's expanding upon. Freddy and Crossfit One World are the first to host him since he's been on his own.
There's some dietary basics that we know and practice. When we choose not to practice, like when it's your birthday, well... let's just say I paid for it today. Thanks again for a fantastic birthday everyone! Onward and upward, going strong with Paleo until the Sectionals.

Highly recommend the seminar. It was nice to hear Robb "unleashed." Reread his prep material, listen to the podcasts and bring lots of questions. The basic outline is the same but there are notable subject area changes. Enjoy; it's WORTH it!
